Save 50%: The Beats Solo Pro Wireless Headphones are on sale for just $149 at Walmart as of Nov. 18, which is a full $149 off their list price. That's some pretty sweet savings on headphones with active noise cancellation and a battery life that just won't quit.

You know the headphones buzzwords: active noise cancellation, all-day battery life, balanced sound. You also probably know the prices that accompany those buzzwords and how the usually sit around the $300 mark, and that's almost low-balling it.

Good thing Black Friday savings are here. As of Nov. 18, you can get a pair of headphones that delivers on those buzzwords — the Beats Solo Pro Wireless Headphones — for just $149 at Walmart. On Walmart's actual website it isn't apparent you're getting a huge discount on these headphones, but other retailers like Target and Best Buy have them listed at $300 (though the red pair are on sale at the latter for $180 at the time of writing).

So what makes these headphones worthy of the name Pro? You'll probably notice they certainly look professional, with thick ear cushions, the aluminum slider that connects the cups to the band, and the matte finish. Playback controls are directly on the ear cups, which are free of any needless buttons — to turn these headphones on and off, you simply unfold them, and fold them back up when you're done listening.

It does seem like these headphones may have gone a hair too minimalistic though. They have a lightning port for charging but no 3.5mm headphone jack, as is the standard for most wireless headphones.

As for the actual listening experience, they come packed with Apple's H1 chip for easy connectivity. Our reviewer noted that these have a "clear, balanced sound regardless of the genre," so you're good to go, whatever you listen to. Those aforementioned ear cushions also help with making the most out of the active noise cancellation (which is why we think they're great for getting to work). With ANC on, the battery will last for an impressive 22 hours and 40 with it off. While in theory this makes them great for all-day wear, in practice our reviewer found that these headphones were simply too tight after a couple of hours on, though reviews on the product page were mixed on this front.

They're not the perfect pair of headphones, but they are stylish, have great sound, and come at a very nice price point. If you don't mind a tighter fit or only plan on using them for shorter stints, this could be the headphones deal to jump on.
