If you're going to Rio de Janeiro for the 2016 Olympics, whether as a visitor or an participating athlete, you'll have to face one harsh reality: Pokémon Go is a no-go.

The game launched last month and quickly rose to the top of the app store charts on iOS and Android, shattering records along the wayPokémon Go has been sitting on top ever since, as the game has expanded into Asia and Europe.
