Skype's Redesigned iPhone App Is Five Times Faster Than Current App

Microsoft will soon be launching a completely redesigned Skype for iPhone app that is five times faster and more responsive than its existing app, the company announced Monday.

Skype 5.0 also includes improved group chatting, better navigation and notification syncing across devices

The latest version of Skype features smoother scrolling and simplified navigation that makes it easier to swipe between your conversations, contacts list and favorites. The app's group chatting features have also been enhanced to make group conversations easier to initiate.
