'The Guardian' Lets Readers Switch Off Royal Baby News

Tired of Royal Baby news? The Guardian hears you.

The UK-based newspaper has fixed a linked at the top right of its homepage that lets you toggle between its normal Royal Baby-filled front page and a version that has no mention of the Royal Baby whatsoever — and a lot more sports and entertainment coverage instead.

To switch the pages in the United States or Australia version, click "Not a royalist?"; in the UK, click on the "Republican?" prompt. (Note that in the UK, a republican is not a member of a specific political party, but one who supports a republican style of government over a monarchy.)
