COPPA Updates Show an FTC Focused on Mobile Privacy


With a strong focus on updating privacy rules governing mobile apps, the updates to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act announced Wednesday tell the story of an agency that views itself as a protector of smartphone and tablet users across the country.
