Nokia today announced its plan to debut Here, the rebranded, enhanced version of Nokia Maps, on the iOS platform pending Apple's approval. It will be available as a free download, according to a Nokia press release, and feature offline modes, voice-guided walking directions and transit directions, some of which aren't present in Apple's native Maps app. And I think Apple will welcome it.
