It's been a very long fight but British hacker and Asperger's sufferer Gary McKinnon has finally won his battle to avoid extradition to the US under the controversial Extradition Act. McKinnon admitted accessing US government computers but said he was looking for evidence of UFOs. His extradition is being blocked by the UK Home Secretary on medical and human rights grounds.
