Apple Can Still Sell the iPhone and iPad in South Korea


Apple can continue selling mobile devices while the company remains mired by lawsuits with its main competitor Samsung, a Seoul court ruled Thursday.

An August ruling found both companies infringing on each other's patents and a stay was placed on Apple iPad and iPhone sales. While an appeal from Apple continues through the court system, a South Korean judge passed the ruling that would lift the stay for now, allowing Apple to continue selling the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPad 1 and iPad 2.
