Just over a month since it launched its "Google Fiber Rally" in Kansas City and with under two weeks to go, only about 50% of Kansas City, MO and Kansas City, KS neighborhood have reached their pre-registration goals to get access to the company's new gigabit Internet connection and TV service. On the Kansas side of the city, the majority of "fiberhoods" are still quite a few sign-ups away from reaching their goals and only 33 out of 74 neighborhoods have passed Google's threshold so far. Things are looking better in Missouri, where 67 out of 128 neighborhoods have reached Google's goal. There are also still a few neighborhoods on both sides of the city where nobody has signed up for Google Fiber yet.
