The rise of newsletters

For the last 10 years the predominant way people would acquire new knowledge and skills was through social media. However, the algorithms feel like they keep getting worse and worse and out of every 100 videos/posts less than 5 are usually useful. This is where the re-emergence of newsletters has come in. A newsletter means you don't miss a post from your most trusted creators and it also allows for more information to be presented in each post. Social algorithms have forced content creators to rush content out constantly leading to worse quality posts, however with a newsletter you only need to post once or twice a week for it to be extremely effective. This means you're not rushing for content and everything you post will be much better researched. I think that newsletters has easily become the best medium for consumers, creators and advertisers altogether.
