Walmart is giving us another PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X restock on Nov. 29 for Cyber Monday here's how to get one

TL;DR: To kick off Cyber Monday, Walmart will be releasing a limited stock of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles to Walmart+ members. The drop will start at 12 p.m. ET on Nov. 29.

Miss Walmart's Black Friday restock of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X? Bummer. Lucky for you, you've still got another chance: Cyber Monday.

Write this down: On Nov. 29 at 12 p.m. ET, Walmart will be restocking the elusive PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Digital Edition, and Xbox Series X. These coveted consoles have been nearly impossible to get since their respective releases back in 2020 thanks to bots and supply shortages, so keeping a watchful eye and your credit card at the ready this week is going to be paramount to scoring one in time for the holidays.

Walmart's restock comes with a caveat, though: You have to be a paid Walmart+ member to get access. While it's a bit of an inconvenience for non-members, this is ultimately a good thing — putting up a paywall will add yet another layer of protection from bots, providing a better chance for shoppers to get one over the scalpers.

If you're already a Walmart+ member, all you have to do is be ready at the time of the restock and add one to your cart (maybe cross your fingers while you're at it). If you're not a member, you still have time to sign up if you want to for $12.95 per month. Even if you sign up just to order a console and then cancel your subscription, we say it's well worth the money.

Let us reiterate: This offer will only be available to paid Walmart+ members, meaning if you're only signed up for the free trial, you won't qualify. As an added bonus, paid Walmart+ members will also get early access to Walmart's slew of new Cyber Monday deals.

Let's talk about that Xbox Series X sticker shock, though We've seen the prices soar for this console over the past year due to the high demand and low supply. While it sits at an outrageously steep price at the time of publishing, it may drop back down at the time of restock. Keep an eye out as we inch closer to Cyber Monday.
