Halloween is coming soon, it's that spooky time of the year. Unfortunately enough, from where I am currently living right now, we don't have this 'celebration' per se. But it doesn't mean we can't share about them! Let me share this eerie and abstract illustration series by Mattias Lindstrm, an artist and illustrator from Barcelona, Spain. His series is a new direction of experiments that Mattias wanted to explore, more particularly animations. I just love the tone of the colours put yourself into, it's eerie and intriguing at the same time. Hope you will like it.

I wanted to give my work a new dimension and to still keep the same illustrative style, so I thought that I would paint the animation frame by frame to still have complete control of the outcome.
