Move to the Material panel from the right sidebar to add a bit of color and extra glow to your 3D text.

First, let's enable the Environment Texture. Click the cogwheel icon to open the settings of this effect, and then click that thumbnail to open the list of preset textures. Select Spherical from the drop-down menu, and then scroll down to select the Glass2 preset. Drag the Smooth slider to the right, and then return to the Material panel.

Click the fill color wheel and simply replace the existing color with #AAFFFF.

With Art Text, you can build your own text effects from the ground up, or you can use one of the built-in presets to quickly apply textures and lighting effects. Let's see how it can be done.

Start by clicking the + button from the bottom of the screen to easily add a new piece of 3D text.

Select the bottom gradient slider and change the color to #555555, make sure that the color of the top gradient slider is set to #FFFFFF, and then click that + button to add a third gradient slider in the middle. 3. How to Use Spray Fills in Art Text

Step 1

Make sure that your "NATURAL" text is still selected and duplicate it (Command-C > Command-V). Select this copy and place it right on top of the original text.

Spray fills can only be applied on 2D text, so right-click on your copy and go to Convert to 2D.

Step 2

Make sure that your 2D text stays selected and focus on the Fill panel from the right sidebar.

Click the Spray Fill icon, open the Preset dropdown menu, and select the Green Leaves template to fill your text with a bunch of leaves.

As you can see, using this amazing feature, you can easily fill your text with different objects. You can use one of the ready-made presets or you can create your own style using one of the many objects available. You can even import your own objects in Art Text and use them to fill the text.

Step 3

You won't need that many leaves for this text effect, so let's adjust the spray fill.

Change the Density to 2 and drag the Size slider as shown below, and then move to the Randomize sliders and set them as shown in the following image.

Step 4

Make sure that your 2D text is still selected and move it behind the "NATURAL" text using the Command-[ keyboard shortcut. Alternatively, you can go to the Layers panel in the left sidebar and manually drag your 2D text.
