Netflix now lets you trick out your subtitles

Unless you're a member of the deaf community or a big fan of foreign films, you probably never think about how drab your default subtitles are. You just queue up your device, press play on your favorite show and relax for the next eight straight hours of binge watching without reading a word.

New settings from Netflix might just make you opt for closed captions more often. You can match your subtitles to the content on your screen with new fonts, colors and text effects — or just make everything really weird by watching a period piece matched with a font that looks just like Comic Sans.
