Apple quietly launches Support App for iPhone and iPad users

Apple's App Store has offered nearly every mobile software tool you can think of, except, oddly, for an official Apple Support app. That is, until now. 

Apple's new Support app quietly made its debut on Tuesday in the App Store, in the Utilities category. 

Although the app is presented in English, as of this writing it's only available on the Netherlands Apple App Store and doesn't show up in searches in the U.S. store. 

Accompanying the app is the following description: 

Among the features listed in the app is an option to look up Apple support documents based on the Apple devices you own, as well as what looks like the ability to set a Genius Bar appointment at a brick and mortar Apple Store.  Read more...
