'No Man's Sky' under investigation for 'misleading' ad

No Man's Sky is under investigation from the UK's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) over allegations that its promotional material is misleading in regards to the features in the actual game.

The most hyped video game release of the year has been met with a mixed reception among players complaining of false advertising and bugs that heavily affect the overall performance on PCs. 

The ASA, an independent regulator whose role is to investigate complaints made about ads, sales promotions or direct marketing, confirmed to Mashable that it is in touch with Hello Games and Valve on the issue.   Read more...
