How to watch the Samsung Unpacked livestream

Samsung is once again letting people livestream their reveal of the Samsung S7 Edge, this time also available in 360 degrees to VR headsets. Oh so convenient for their Gear VR users, via the Unpacked 360 app in the Oculus store. 

The rest of us need not despair, however. Android phones can access the livestream here, and all other phones can watch it on the YouTube app. Laptops and desktops can go to either the Samsung website or YouTube. The Unpacked event will begin on Aug. 2, 11:00 a.m. EDT, with simultaneous streaming in New York, London and Rio de Janeiro.

We can expect some exciting things from the S7 Edge, including iris scanners, water resistance, and a sleek design. Expect Samsung to also show off the Gear 360, the Gear S2 classic watch and the Galaxy Note 5.  Read more...
