Don't expect the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge to be cheap

Samsung's flagship phones come with a premium price tag, and that's not likely to change this year

The starting price for the Samsung Galaxy S6 at launch was $199 with a contract and around $700 without. The curved-screen Edge variant started at around $100 more. 

Judging from a rumor coming from Dutch site Tweakers, Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S7/S7 Edge phones will follow the same pattern. 

According to the report, the Samsung Galaxy S7 with 32GB of storage will be available in three colors — black, gold and white — for the price of 699 euros ($787 US). Read more...
