Apple to open iOS App Development Center in Italy

Apple announced Thursday it is opening its first iOS App Development Center in Europe. The center will be located at a partner institution in Naples, Italy, offering a specialized curriculum for students interested in becoming developers for Apple's mobile app ecosystem

Apple will also work with partners in other European countries to offer additional training an open up opportunities for students

According to Apple CEO Tim Cook, Apple's App Store has contributed to the creation of 1.4 million jobs in Europe
