Forget fitness, this wearable tracks your emotions

A new wearable called Feel wants to be a high-tech mood ring for your wrist.

Although it doesn't change colors like a traditional mood ring, the device by Sentio Solutions reads your current emotional state and aims to help you lower stress levels. It encourages you to take deep breaths, listen to music or do yoga to relax.

Feel hooks up to your phone via Bluetooth to give you real-time information about how you're feeling. On the inside of the wristband, there are four sensors that measure and track skin temperature, blood volume pulse and galvanic skin response (gauging sweat gland activity through skin resistance measurements). The exterior is pretty inconspicuous and sleek, reminiscent of a high-end slap bracelet, although with a flexible component to fit any wrist.
