There's already a 4-week wait for the Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard

Apple began sales of its 12.9-inch iPad Pro Thursday, but if you want the necessary Smart Keyboard and Pencil stylus, you'll have to wait at least a month.

The product pages for Apple's new iPad Pro accessories — the Smart Keyboard and Pencil — show a shipping delay of 4-5 weeks, and the option to pick up the devices in stores isn't offered. Apple lists the iPad Pro as shipping in 5-7 business days, or one day if you opt for a 32GB version.

While availability at specific retail stores varies location to location, many list the 32GB model as in stock, though the both the Wi-Fi and LTE 128 gigabyte variants are harder to find. Read more...
