Dell unveils sleek Chromebook 13 with carbon fiber cover starting at $400

Not all Chromebooks are made from shoddy cheap plastics or cost a $1,000-plus, like Google's Pixel 2, for a premium design.

Case in point: Dell's new Chromebook 13, a premium Chromebook with a carbon fiber cover, magnesium alloy palm rest and aluminum base, that starts at $400.

I admit the materials are nice, but the design is far from as polished as the the Pixel 2. It's also heavier than a 13-inch MacBook Air, which boggles my mind since it's nowhere near as powerful and feature-packed. Still, it's a damn nice Chromebook for its price. Read more...
