Twitter's Age Verification System Wants to Keep Kids Away from Booze

Twitter has launched a new age-screening process for alcohol brands on the social network.

If you want to follow brands like Jim Beam or Heineken on Twitter you will receive a direct message directing you to the age verification page. You have 24 hours to supply your age, and in case the age requirements are not met, you will not be able to follow that brand
