Groupon Giving Away $5 Million in 'Groupon Bucks'

One million people will find a surprise from Groupon on Wednesday: up to $5,000 worth of "Groupon bucks" good for offers from the company.

Customers who log onto Groupon today via Groupon.com or the company's app will see whether they got the offer. Those who received $5,000 have until Dec. 31 to use their Groupon Bucks. Those who received less than that have until 5 p.m. PST on Wednesday to use the money on any one purchase.
