3D maya artist needed

Hi I have an interesting situation. I am working with a game studio that is releasing a game trailer for their new expansion. The game has sold over 2.5 million copies. I am a youtuber with 150,000 followers. What I am working on with the game studio is a 3d animated music video for the expansion. The song will be on itunes and will be monetized through youtube. We have about 2 months to wrap the project up and we are looking for someone who is skilled in maya. They would need to be good at rigging, animating, and set building.

So here is the job. We are looking for a skilled Maya user who can help us animate.

The pay is negotiable. I am willing to offer as much as 30% of the projects revenue, flat fee, or a combination. I would prefer to pay a flat fee because I am sure that is the lowest amount of money but I am willing to give a % to the right person and actually form a team with them. Since I am a youtuber with a fairly large audience projects like these always seem to pay for themselves in the long run and I would like to get a full time team together to produce more of this type of content. I have always believed people work better when they are invested in the project. Depending on the agreement we work out and skill level the pay can range from $500-$20,000. It all depends on what type of work you can do, skill level, and the amount of time you have available.

Web Developer for eCommerce and Database Site

Budget: $5,000 to $10,000

We are a company that designs and supplies custom embroidered patches. We currently just have an HTML site and an MS Access Database, but we’re looking to be able to perform most company functions from our website. The details are outlined below.

Customers fill out quotation requests from our website. The form currently uses Javascript to calculate their prices based on the specifications the customers enter. When customers submit the quotation request, an email is sent to them using a php script. We also receive a copy. Whatever form this may take on the back end, customers will need to continue getting quotations automatically with no input from our sales reps.

If a customer approves of his or her price quotation, he/she would need to visit our website and create an account and place an order. This account would be used for many steps of the process which will be covered in detail later. We would like our website to be connected to an online database/CRM with an interface for us to interact with, and one for our customers with limited fields.
