"It's really amazing that this weensy silly cat can make people so happy, and I can't put my finger on why — besides that she's obvy got the Cute Ratio in spades," Brooklyn-based writer and editor Anna Perleberg Andersen, who met Bub at a meet and greet event, told Mashable
