Last week, we asked for your best photos inspired by the prompt grid. As you can see, the submissions we received were truly stunning.

A grid is inherently a simple form; it is the base upon which architects, city planners, artists and countless others map and build their creations. This week's photos transposed the concept of the grid onto everyday scenes. The interpretations we received included a diver facing the grid of tile at the bottom of a swimming pool and a traveler framed against the grid of an airport window. Your photos reminded us of the simplicity that lies at the heart of our sometimes chaotic lives.
