Online shopping has failed to capture the natural activity of shopping between stores, and with friends. If you want to purchase something at Macy's but also want to see if Nordstrom has a similar item, you have to open a new tab and conduct a new search. Flit is launching today as a way to solve this problem by providing one app that lets you shop across 1,000 stores. The startup offers an iPad app that aggregates all of a users favorite stores and styles in one app.
