Deluxis is trying to build an a la carte TV service online that where consumers will be able to pick and choose the channels they want to watch online. Rather than paying upwards of $100 a month for a bundle of hundreds of channels that users never watch, they'll be able to purchase the five or six channels they actually want, paying for each individually.
