A steaming broccoli and cheese casserole straight from the oven ... a bed of clouds gathering above the sunset ... your feet in a warm mountain of sand. It's true, clich photographs can be the most comforting and captivating images. And where does much of it live? You guessed it -- Instagram.

And the happy/depressing truth is, we're all guilty of it. To prove it, I asked Mashable staff to perpetuate the stereotype by contributing their own clich Instagram photos. (I'll tell you, there was no shortage.)
