Twitters Expanded Tweets Now Show More Interactive Content




Twitter Updates Expanded Tweets

Twitter updated its "expanded tweets" feature on Wednesday, allowing users to see more interactive content inside tweets via a desktop or mobile browser.

For example, when people expand a tweet containing a news article from the "growing group" of Twitter partner sites, people will see a headline, introduction and sometimes the Twitter accounts of the publisher and writer (see right).

"People can preview articles from news sources like The New York Times, see images from websites like WWE and play dynamic content from broadcasters like BET," Twitter's Robert Weeks told Mashable.
