Evernote Takes $50 million To Become The Anti-Zynga
A couple of weeks ago we wrote about Evernote's new rumored venture round. It was a big one, said one source, putting them in the billion dollar valuation club.Today they'll officially announce that deal - $50 million in new funding led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Morgenthaler Ventures.
