Apple has just published a MobileMe to iCloud transition Q&A. Of note, there has been a lot of confusion as to whether or not iCloud apps could be available on the web. We had heard that yes, they could for sure in a version of icloud.com set to launch at an undisclosed date in the future. Sure enough:Will I be able to access iCloud services on the web?Yes. Web access to iCloud Mail, Contacts, Calendar, and Find My iPhone will be available at icloud.com this fall.So there you go.
