Wisconsin Capitol still on limited-access lockdown
A Wisconsin judge ordered the Capitol Building opened to the public yesterday, but that order is being interpreted very narrowly—with only eight constituents allowed in, per legislator. Those eight must leave before another eight can enter. In response, some Wisconsin lawmakers have taken their desks outside, to meet their constituents under less-constrained circumstances. With limited access to food, and no way to leave for work and then return later, the number of protesters left in the building from the weekend has dwindled to under 50.
