Use for CALL

or for CHAT
<a href="skype:live:.cid.yourskypename?chat">Chat with us</a>
where 'live:.cid.yourskypename' can be found under Settings > Account & Privacy section > Profile > Skype Name.
After new Skype settings arrived, found a easy way to call Skype directly from HTML, while not using JS and Skype URI.
