Engineering onboarding is not black and white

Onboarding, by definition, is the process of socializing new employees and enabling them to integrate into the organization.I have intentionally used the word humans here to emphasize that there are humans involved and not machines.
Different companies have implemented different mechanisms for this process, but in almost all cases, I see a common reality missing: humans are diverse and come from different cultures, have emotions, and exhibit biases.

If we are agreeing on this then this takes us to the question that

if humans are diverse,emotional,cultural and have different biases can there be one solution for all the humans to enable them ?
