Apple's new iPad Pro could be hard to buy, so grab the 2020 model while it's on sale

As of April 12, both versions of last year's iPad Pro are on sale on Amazon:

• 2020 Apple iPad Pro (11-inch) — save up to $50

• 2020 Apple iPad (12.9-inch) — save up to $100

The rumor mill was right about Apple releasing a new iPad Pro this spring, but there's a catch: Suppliers are having trouble manufacturing MiniLED displays, the next-gen device's biggest selling point, so it might be very tough to get one upon launch. Fortunately for anyone who needs a new tablet, most online retailers' stock of last year's iPad Pro remain bounteous. Even better yet, Amazon had both sizes on sale at the time of writing, slashing the price of the 11-inch version by up to $50 and that of the 12.9-inch one by as much as $100 depending on the configuration.
