What Advice Would You Give Your 20-year-old Self?

Earlier this month a topic was proposed on #TSQLTuesday (like #devdiscuss but with the T-SQL community) to encourage some self-reflection.

If you could write a letter to your 20-year-old self, what words of encouragement and advice would you give? Would you have done anything differently? If you could go back in time and give yourself advice, what would it be?

Obviously if you are younger than I am, make the timelines work for you, what advice would you give your teenage self? :D
