If you lose one AirPod, you can get a new one

When Apple first introduced its wireless earbuds, the AirPods, the internet was swarmed with jokes about losing them. 

Yes, they do come with a handy portable charger case, and yes, Tim Cook claims they don't slip out of your ear very easily, but there will still inevitably be a number of people who will one day rummage through their pocket to find they've lost one or both earbuds. 

Apple is aware of this, so it has a plan for this eventuality. If you lose one AirPod, or a charging case, you can get a new one for $69.
