You can get Amazon Prime Video for just $7.5 a year in India

For its Prime Video service in India, Amazon is not only eyeing local content, but it also plans to compete against incumbent players on pricing. So much so, that India will be the most affordable place — by far — to get Prime Video access. 

Amazon offers Prime Video in the US and the UK at a monthly subscription of approximately $8.99. Another way to access Prime Video in these two regions is to subscribe to Amazon Prime for $10.99 a month and also get Prime Video along with unlimited music and photo storage.
