Apple announces tvOS 2 update with advanced Siri and new live channels

Apple didn't forget about the Apple TV.

The company announced tvOS 2 is coming to fourth-generation Apple TV media streaming boxes at WWDC 2016.

There are now over 1,300 video channels and over 6,000 native apps on tvOS.

Sling TV will bring live cable channels to the Apple TV starting today.
