New dating app tracks your heartbeat to find your next match

You know that moment when you lock eyes with someone across the room? You heart starts to race, and it skips a beat or two.

Dating app Once knows this, too, and it wants to track your heart rate to help you find your next potential date.

The app (iOS and Android), which Mashable reported on after it launched late last year in France, is a modern-day matchmaking service. Real human matchmakers use several criteria to present users with one person a day, which they can accept or decline within 24 hours.
