Apple is in line with others in the tech industry in that it's mostly comprised of white males — but it's making strides toward a more diverse workforce.

The Cupertino giant released its diversity report for fiscal 2015 (June 2014 to June 2015) on Thursday, which states it has made strides to employ more women and minorities over the past year. The report adds that compared with its U.S. hires in fiscal 2014, it hired 66% more Hispanic employees and 50% more black employees in the U.S. than it did in fiscal 2014. Globally, it hired 65% more women than in 2014.
