Report: New Apple TV set to be announced in September

Apple will announce a new version of its Apple TV streaming box this September, during the same event it typically announces new iPhones, according to a Buzzfeed report that cited an anonymous source close to the company

In classic Apple fashion, the device is expected to be slimmer and faster, packing an A8 chip, a powerful processor currently used in the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. The new Apple TV will support Siri for voice commands and pack a new remote with a built-in touchpad
