'Brady Bunch' Star Ann B. Davis Dies at 88 After Tragic Accident
Emmy-winning actress Ann B. Davis, who is best known for her role as housekeeper Alice Nelson in the family sitcom The Brady Bunch from 1969 to 1974, died Sunday after falling in her home in San Antonio, Texas
Davis traumatically injured her head and brain during the fall in her bathroom and she "never regained consciousness" after the accident, reported TMZ, which broke the news Sunday afternoonCNN also confirmed her death with Davis' friend Bishop William Frey, adding that Davis suffered subdural hematoma because of Sunday's mishap.
