Floodwaters Lead to 'Terrifying' Destruction in the Balkans

The massive scope of the damage from flooding in the Balkans became more apparent on Monday, with government officials from Bosnia-Herzegovina and neighboring Serbia describing the situation as "terrifying" and the worst disaster to strike the region since the Bosnian War 20 years ago.
