How Much Time Book-to-TV Adaptations Spend Per Page
The first three seasons of HBO's Game of Thrones covered about 1,980 pages of George R. R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire book series, with more than 26.5 total hours on screen.
According to new data from The Guardian, however, the show actually spends less time per page than many other recent book-to-TV adaptations.
