Pocket Reveals Prototype of Android Wear App

Pocket, the company behind the popular iOS and Android app that allows users to save articles to read later, revealed a prototype for a new version of its app designed for Android Wear, Google's brand-new wearables platform aimed at creating a consistent user experience across devices.

The company released an early version of its software development kit that will give other developers the opportunity to build Pocket's features into their Android Wear applications.

The app will allow users to save articles to their Pocket accounts directly from a smartwatch. This differs from previous versions of the app, including the one built for the Samsung Galaxy Gear, which lets users read articles from their device. Read more...
