The home-goods mogul shattered her iPad earlier this week, and told the world on Twitter. She then requested that an Apple rep pick up her broken tablet

Apple customers don't have the option to get their broken items picked up. The company's website directs customers to either take their product to the nearest store, or ship it via mail. But Stewart, who said late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs gave her the iPad, decided to make a special request, and was not impressed when she realized this could not be done.
