Slept Through the Snooze Button Again? This App Can Help
A new alarm app called Walk Up has a unique way of making sure you actually get out of bed in the morning: It requires you to take it for a walk before finally shutting up.
This may be a trump card for the ol' snooze button, our ultimate frenemy. You're surely familiar with the routine: hitting "snooze" again and again for 10-minute doses of extra sleep, only to find 30 minutes later that you're still in bed and about to be late for work. Again.

The app uses your iPhone's built-in accelerometer to track your movements. You can program it to shut off after just a handful of steps or require a 100-step stroll to finally turn off. It's available for a range of iOS devices and costs $0.99. Read more...
